We provide full-process safe global shipping services for all music physical media orders, covering most countries and regions around the world. Fully aware of the fragility of vinyl records and CDs in long-distance transportation, we have upgraded our packaging standards for many times, using industrial-grade shockproof, pressure-resistant and dust-proof packaging materials, and equipped with professional packaging processes exclusive to physical music products to effectively avoid product damage, scratches, deformation and contamination during transportation.
Before shipment, all orders will be sorted, inspected and cleaned manually to ensure flawless product condition. Each vinyl record is protected by an anti-static inner bag and dust-proof outer cover, wrapped with multi-layer bubble film, fixed with hard cardboard on both sides, and placed in a customized thickened anti-pressure carton with sufficient buffer filling. CDs are packaged with dedicated anti-drop and anti-scratch materials to protect disc surfaces and shell integrity. All packages will be double-checked before sealing to ensure firm packaging and zero hidden dangers. Meanwhile, we mark fragile reminders on the outer package to standardize logistics handling.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Time

Orders under £50: A unified flat shipping fee of £9.50 will be charged, with an estimated delivery time of 2–17 working days.

Orders £50 and above: Enjoy free standard shipping privilege, with an estimated delivery time of 3–25 working days.
After successful payment verification, all orders will be completed with quality inspection, sorting and packaging within 1–3 working days and arranged for official shipment. Weekends and national public holidays do not belong to the order processing period. After the parcel is shipped, the system will automatically generate a logistics tracking number and send it to your registered email. You can check the real-time transportation progress, parcel location and expected delivery date anytime and anywhere.
For all international orders, all import tariffs, consumption taxes, customs clearance fees and other additional expenses arising from customs clearance in the destination country shall be borne independently by the buyer. We will provide complete standard shipping documents and customs declaration materials to assist in smooth customs clearance. The delivery time we announced is only an estimated reference value. Delays caused by customs inspection, logistics peak congestion, bad weather, traffic control and other force majeure factors are beyond our effective control, and we will not assume corresponding responsibilities and losses.
If you receive damaged packaging, defective products, scratched records, wrong styles, missing items and other abnormal situations, please feedback to our customer service team within 48 hours after signing for the parcel, and provide valid materials such as order number, package photos and product problem photos. We will quickly verify the actual situation and provide customer-friendly after-sales solutions such as full refund, exchange and partial refund to fully safeguard your legitimate consumption rights and interests.
